2. We Match You With a Dog

If there is a dog traveling to your destination around the same time, we will coordinate the details with you.

3. We Handle the Preparation

Our team takes care of the necessary paperwork, veterinary requirements, travel arrangements, and airline coordination.

4. You Help Them Arrive Safely

At the airport, you’ll help the dog check in and travel with them as your accompanied pet. Upon arrival, their new family or a representative will meet you and take over their journey home.

Do I need experience with animals?

No. You do not need previous animal experience. We provide guidance throughout the process.

Does it cost anything to become a Travel Buddy?

No. The rescue covers the arrangements needed for the dog’s travel. You simply provide your flight information and your help.

Will the dog be with me the entire flight?

Depending on the airline and travel arrangements, the dog may travel in the cabin or as checked baggage. We will provide all instructions before your trip.
